This mountain range is incredibly beautiful. Looking at the Tetons has such a calming effect on the body, mind and soul. It is truly a sight to behold.

2003-06-25: Chapel of the Transfiguration

This small chapel, built during the dude ranch era (1920-30) is certainly inspirational. It reminded us of a chapel we visited in Alaska that looked onto a glacier.

2003-06-25: Finally A Moose

After 3 years of searching, I have finally captured my moose. I know it's probably difficult for you to pick him out but here are some clues. 2003-06-26: Quiet Time

2003-06-26: My Second Moose

Out after dinner we headed toward moose country and lo and behold we saw another one. This guy was close to the road so I had a great look at him. I'm totally excited about seeing not one but two moose. I feel badly that I haven't given the elk and buffalo equal space but the moose was special.
