We visited one of the last remaining Delft manufacturers where we had a tour of the factory. Here we watched a master painter hand-paint a tulip vase.

It is here at the market where one can buy reasonably priced clothes, housewares, fruits, veggies and snacks such as these poffertjes which are fried dough similar to donuts.

We even found some antique ice skates at the market which were much like the ones Hans Brinker wore. I think Abe was seriously considering buying a pair!

On the way back to the Viking Pride we drove by these windmills. It looked strange seeing a traditional windmill standing side by side with two modern wind generators.
