We were very impressed with this historic courthouse in Waco. It was well worth touring both inside and out.

The rotunda in the courthouse was beautiful. Chris decided this was the only way to get a good photo of the stained glass. Mom couldn't resist getting a photo of him laying on the Waco County map.

Dr. Pepper was invented in Waco. We toured the museum and learned lots about the soft drink. One question we had always had which had never been answered was "Does or did Dr. Pepper ever contain prunes or prunejuice?" In the event you too were wondering, the answer is an emphatic NO.
